Director (Finance & Law) & Principal Private Secretary Jobs Required in Joint Electricity Regulatory Commission

Joint Electricity Regulatory Commission (JERC) has been declared on the basis of trading on behalf of the Director (Finance and Legal) in Gurgaon (Haryana) notice.

1. Director(Finance & Law):

       Pay scale Pay Band with Grade Pay: Rs.  37400-67000 Grade pay of Rs. 8700/-

·       Number of Posts: 01

·       Educational Qualification: MBA  (Finance) or  certified Chartered Accountant  or Certified  Cost Accountant preferably with Law Degree

·     
  Nature of  Experience:

          (i) Tariff formulation or cost analysis or financial management; and

          (ii) Judicial/Quasi- judicial legal matters  including proceedings, petitions, Pleadings,     listing of the case laws, etc.    

·        Qualifying Service: Officers  under  Central Government  /State Government/Union Territories/  Public  Sector Undertakings/  Autonomous Bodies:-

     (I) Holding analogous posts on regular basis; or

          (II) With 5 years regular service in the scale of Rs.1560039100 Grade Pay   Rs.7600 {Rs.12000-16500 (prevised)} or equivalent; or

          (III) With 10 years regular services in the scale 0f Rs.15600-39100 Grade Pay Rs.6600  {Rs.10000-15200 (pre-revised)} or equivalent

2.Principal Private Secretary:

·        Pay scale Pay Band with Grade Pay: Rs.15600-39100 Grade pay  of Rs.6600/-

·        No. of Posts:02

·        Educational Qualification: Must be Computer literate, proficient in using MS Office 

·        Nature of  Experience: Working as Secretariat Staff

·        Qualifying Service: Officers  under  Central Government/Union Territories/Public Sector Undertaking/Autonomous Body is Holding analogous posts on regular basis.
